- Refunds
- Request within 14 days if the software cannot perform a documented supported function on a supported input and we cannot provide a correction or reasonable workaround. Change-of-mind, unsupported-format, legal-outcome, and source-data-quality claims are excluded where permitted by law.

Privacy
Order contact data is used for delivery, support, fraud and dispute handling, and legal compliance. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Us.Tool. Buyer-specific downloads are hosted in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and delivered by expiring links. Order and support email is handled through Zoho Mail. Do not send production or confidential data. Privacy, data-access, correction, deletion, and marketing opt-out questions can be sent to support@ustoolstudio.com.
Product boundary
The software reports technical findings only. It does not repair source files, import productions, certify completeness, or provide legal judgment. The buyer remains responsible for review, backups, security approval, and every production decision.
